Default Hitech radios?

Are Hitech radios reliable? I had all my radios stolen from me and they where futaba, was just wondering if Hitech is as good? I wont a radio that I can depend on,I was looking at Futaba but their radios look cheapy campared to the older futaba radios, the lcd screens are smaller like on the 8 channel, just something different about them. I will be flying airplanes and helis.

Thanks
Trey

Default RE: Hitech radios?

I would say Hitec is just as reliable as anything else. In some ways they are not as capable as the others. Just my opinion.
