RE: looking for RD6000 Manual
Hi Yora,
Did you manage to get your hands on a manual for the RD6000? I am now in seach of one. I can only find a manual for the RD6000 Sport or Super, but not for the plain old RD6000.
Please let me know,
Thanks

RE: looking for RD6000 Manual
I have one of the original RD6000's. The differance between the super and the standard is 4 model memory(not 10) and the heli flight mode switchs are in a location that match Jr and Futaba. As I understand it all of the mixing is the same(execpt the switch location).
If you have a Super manual, you should be able to figure out the small changes over the original RD6000.

If you are looking in the manual how to change modes well.... its not there
but I have discovered how to enter the service mode of said radio by accident...
instead of paying airtronics for mode change and all the hassles of paying for freight and everything...... howler me up at [email protected]

RE: looking for RD6000 Manual
Hi Brading,
Thanks for the offer ... I managed to figure it out too
The only thing I don't understand in the SVC menu is the CH ... it can be set to 6 or 8 ??? Do you know if this means you can upgrade to 8 channels?

Slovac,
I havent really tried it yet.. but yes.... i think its a provision for an 8 channel upgrade....however our present display could not show confirmation of function of the the 2 other channels... though i havent seen yet the LCD display of an RD 8000 yet.... or it may just have an additional switch function for like bomb release or smoker etc......
Rgds,
Brading

RE: looking for RD6000 Manual
Slovac,
In all 8 Sanwa RD 6000 Super I had changed mode from mode 1 to mode 2. I encountered one model that ended up with only 4 model memory after switching from mode 1 to 2. Is there a menu in the SVC menu that could change or yet revert the 4 model memory back to 8....?
Regards
Brading

Hi Brading,
I don't know off hand and I don't have the radio with me... I will have a look at it tonight and see if I can find something for you.
