Default Futaba C7 computer radio

I have a Futaba C7 computer radio, set up for a 40 size plane, single aileron servo. Two times while programming the timer/throttle activation, the right Aileron servo travel zeroed out, basically no right aileron turn. The first time it happened, I was just learning to program the radio, so I didn’t think too much of it. The second time it happened, the plane crashed on take off, that sucked. I tried to reproduce the failure but couldn’t do it. All I know is that both times it happened, I was programming the timer/throttle activation function.

Has anyone had this happen to them?

The new Futaba 7 series radio has a software bug associated with it's timer. When you set the timer to throttle stick activation and then press the dial to set the activation point, the right aileron ATV will reset to zero. Futaba and GP Service know about it and they recommend to either not set the activation point or to reset the ATV after setting the timer.

Thanks, I knew I wasen't crazy. I also sent an E-Mail to Futaba, and all I got was a reply to send in the radio for service, you think the would put a warring or buliten up on their web sit on this, If they had, it would have saved my plane.
