JR servos connectors?

I would like to make my own servo extensions. Where can i buy the wires and connectors(male&female) for Hitech and JR?

They seems to get very good price for extensions. 4$ for 30'' JR extension with connectors!
My LHS sell it 15$US/eac. You understand why i want to make them but at 4$/each, i will not bother making them!
Do you have to solder the wires to the pins with the hobby pin crimp tool or just crimp the wires in the connector?
