Default Servo Extensions

I just started building my funtanna 90 and plan on useing a 6 volt 2000ma battery pack, with 50oz + servos. my question is do i need to use heavier wire for my servo extensions or will standard size be ok.

Yes, at least 24 gauge, preferably 22 gauge, and very good connectors. Better yet, omit any connectors and solder the connections. If you must use connectors, put them where you can exercise them occasionally (remove and reinsert them a few times) to remove any oxides that will form and eventually cause a problem.

If you are going to use analog servos, then it will be OK.
Just make sure that your battery and switch wires are HD gauge wires.
