Default Airtronics RD 6000 sport

I have an Airtronics RD 6000 that I'm having a problem with. I used it last weekend, and it worked fine. Now when I turn it on I get the TH HI (throttle high) warning and it won't shut off. I have tried removing the battery and pushing the throttle down, with no luck, anyone have any ideas.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hmm, I had something similar happen. In mine Airtronics had to replace the throttle pot strap/assembly. From what I could make out on the work order, the throttle pot was loose so that it was rotating in place rather than being rotated by the throttle stick. My suggestion, find someone who knows how to repair radios or send it back to Airtronics.

The good news is that I was quite pleased with how quickly they turned my radio around...just under 3 weeks from mailing it to receiving it back again...that's being sent surface mail and across a border twice!

Yeah, and you won't have to write a letter to the customs people to get them to refund the taxes they charged you on "importing" your radio after it was fixed under warranty![:@]
