New JR XP9303 9-Channel Radio!!
Yes finally JR came out with a cool new radio that doesn't cost as much as the 10X PCM but still has most of the featrues of it. There is a link to it here: [link]http://www.horizonhobby.com/Explore/Article.aspx?ArticleID=1370[/link] and you can get it around $499!! I thought that this thread could be a big one; lets see if it can be a wide talked about one. Thanks[8D]

Wow! looks great. I have a 8103 but need the extra channel. I wonder does it have the movable slide switches on the side like the 10X? would like to see a side view of this radio. I am also glad it comes with digital servos. Would like a choice of upgrading to 8231 servos.

Yes, it has a lever on either side.
As versatile as the radio is from reading the manuals, it still isn't as versatile as its German cousin, the MX-22. Wish that JR had used some of Graupners programming ability within this new radio as the two companies are related (doesn't one own the other??). Still I think JR did a nice job in expanding the capabilities of the new radio.

Harry
I put in an order for an Evo12 a year ago ... still waiting here in Australia.
I am told by the distributor that MPX are tailoring the scan & syth to our 36 mHz band. if some units would actually hit our shores it would really help. Australia - great place to live, but terrible for MPX R/C product.

I am now looking at this - the Graupner/JR MX 22: click on this link to check it out:
http://www.modelflight.com.au/rc_mod...upner_mx22.htm
Then, clink on the
* pdf link at the site for a review from an Aussie R/C mag.
* video link for a streaming "once over" of this radio ( and get ready for Mike O'Rielly's great Aussie accent!). Good stuff!
The MX 22 seems a little more "upspec" than the 9303.
