Default Want to turn off Trainer switch

Hello all-
I noticed a few so called "glitches" with both my Airtonics RD6000 and the newer Rd 8000. I fly using my fingers which I noticed one of, just about rests on the Trainer switch and I believe that is the culprit to my so called 'glitch!' I want to turn this sucker off. I skimmed the Tx's manual's and scrolled down my programs and see no way to program / turn that #%*^ trainer switch OFF. Please advise .
Thanks all!

It cannot be "turned off." Either duct tape it or move the fingers away from it.

you probably can unscrew the case and just unplug the switch, or maybe snip the wires if you really don't like it. (can always resolder if you need to...)

The only transmitter I know in which you can turn off the trainer switch is the 8U's and 9C. Both are by Futaba
