Default JR R700 rx question

I should know this but I don't for sure. Never used any JR stuff. Will a JR rx function with a Futaba transmitter?

No it won,t work Sorry. JR uses positive modulation shift and Futaba uses negative. I don,t beleive either JR or Futaba offer a selectable shift feature on any of their Tx's or Rx's. Perhaps the 9c does, so you 9C users please correct me if I am wrong.

To be specific, Futaba uses negative shift on 72MHz (and probbly 75 MHz) in North America only. In the rest of the world, and also on ham frequencies in North America, everyone uses positive shift.
