Hitec Focus 4 Problem
I have a Focus 4 that is app. 3 years old but has never been used. I charged the batteries and was going to install it in a plane and nothing moves except when I turn the switch on and off. BAtteries are good. Even bypassed switch and plugged directly into receiver. Any ideas.

Can you verify the RX battery is alive? Do the servos move slightly when the power is turned on? Any chance the crystals don't match?
