Default Futaba flaps

I have a 9ZAP WC1 and would like to operate the flaps from the three position switch "C" top = off, mid position=10Deg, bottom position = 40 deg.
Is this possible??

This should work. And if you add a Go Slow into the system, you can make them deploy "slowly"

Thanks Les.
I have also found another way using the 3 position sw C, sw C up, flaps go up now set the flaps to neutral by altering the push rods so when you go to mid position the flaps will be down and they go further down when the sw C is moved to the down position. amount of movement can be altered on the ATV.
