Default urnedurnMini Digital Keeps Lockign Up, Need it fixed within 12 hrs

Hi i got two mini digital HS-5245 on my robot, the one works perfectly, the other it locks into position. When the power is turned on it used to work fine.

It got stuck in one position (power was off and i needed to move the limb), so i tried to work it slowly, but it required alot of force
Turned the power on and it worked for about a minute, and now it doesnt wanna move
I justed open it up, all the teeth on the gear are there *phew*

Im demonstrating my project tommorrow (final yr project), any suggestions!??!?

Any help is MUCH appreciated.
Thanks
Mike

About your only hope is that there is a local source for a new set of gears or another servo

all the gears are ok, but i noticed the hole at the top of the case (that holds the middle gear train) is broken, i used super glue, is any other type of glue more preferable?

Thanks
