servo reversing
dose any one know if any servos on the market run in reverse direction of say a futaba or artronics jr or hitec or do they all run the same direction I need to run one reversed servo for the flaps on my HG 9 stick not quite sure how to do this so I wanted to see if I could just put a different bran in on side that runs in reverse of futaba or airtronics

servo reversing
It's an easy task to reverse a servo. If your servo motor is soldered directly to the amplifier board forget it, can't ne done easily.
If your servo motor has wires running to it, it's a cinch. Reverse the two wires at the motor, and reverse the two outside wires on the pot. Leave the center wire where it is on the pot.
There was an article in MAN a few months back that covered this. The author mentioned that digital servos cannot be reversed. I have reversed some of my Hitec digitals with no problem. I also called Maxx Products inquiring about reversed servos. I was told they are standard servos that they reverse before shipping.
