Jr 3810
Yes they will work, Futaba and JR are not different!
But WClays is also correct!
The answer depends on where you live and your mesage does not say. Futaba shafts the north Americans by shifting frequency in a different direction to everyone else so that their equipment is incompatible and locks you into their products. In Europe they shift the same way so Futaba and JR are totally swappable except if you use PCM. What you will find is that the servo sequencing is different so you have to swap around the servo plugs at the receiver.
In N America the radios are called the 8U and the 8103, in Europe they are the FF8 and 3810 which is the names that you used so you might live in a place where your Futaba and JR will work together as long as you don't use PCM. What you must do is use a crystal from the same manufacturer as the piece of equipment that you put it in. You must have JR xtal in a JR Tx and a Futaba xtal in a Futaba Rx. If you try any other makers xtal it might appear to work but you can suffer terribly reduced range and interference. I have used transmitters from Futaba, Sanwa, JR and Multiplex with receivers from the same and GWS and Jeti and they all work seamlessly together other than the servo sequencing.
