Is it new or used? Are you wanting to get into RC or is it for someone else?
I ask because the 9c is not a typical beginner radio, its a great one, but has lots of features and things that you wont use for a while in the hobby. If you are wanting to start out, its generally better to start out with a simple 4 channel or maybe a basic computerized setup. For $240 you could buy a basic computer radio with receiver and servos and an engine.
BTW Servo city sells the radio for $290 brand new.

New, that is a good price, Used I would say that $200 would be a good price.
If it is with the module, then add $25 to those prices

Very good price, I would get it.
My first recommendation is to replace the batteries with 1650maH packs.
This will give you about 5.5 hours of on time between charges.
