Default Really need help Jr 9303 with seeker II

I Just recieved my new 9309 tx My plane has a seeker II tx It seems like my chanels are all mixed up when I use a jr tx if I use a futaba its fine. Is their a trick to this setup?

Don't JR and Futaba use a different channel assignment? I think Polk went with the Futaba setup.

JR has the motor first and then elevator aileron and rudder and aux So you will have to change servo plugs iff you change tx
