Default reduce servo rotation for air retracts Fut 8UHP

I ha a Futaba 8UHP radio. Until now I only used mechanical retracts with Fur retact servo. Now i want to use a standard servo to actuate a aircontrol valve. How do i reduce the servo movement from 190degrees to approx 45 degrees? i tried to reduce ATV's to 30% (min value) but no effect.

please help i want to go and fly my Spitfire

Sounds like your using a retract servo? Retracts servos are not proportional. A standard servo will be needed to actuate the air valve as you describe.
