AnnMarie, I have a rather new 9Z on which one of the 3 position switches failed (one on the front). how long would it take to get the radio back after i send it to you for service ? also what do you need for the warranty work ? or is this something i can replace myself ?

also, if i send the radio in to you, would you be able to preserve my radio memory and all saved models ?
