Default Be Aware!!!

Do not clean your potentiometers with any type of cleaning fluid. There are 4 potentiometers connected to each control stick. You have to use extreme care when using contact cleaner to clean up an intermittent pot.The solvent will cause the plastic to split or snap.Apparently it causes a chemical reaction with abs based plastics.Thats what most radios are made from.Just my personal experience.I tested a piece of radio plastic with some solvent"electronic cleaner" and the plastic just disentrigrated.
