Default oops jr rx question

My radio system is setup as follows li-ion rx battery hooked up to on off switch hooked up to 6v regulator hooked up to receiver. My question is I reversed the polarity on the rx battery to the on off switch (the beginning of the above chain) however I did not feel any heat or smell or see any smoke I just got no response from the rx. I then realized my mistake and switched the wires and everything works fine with no problems that i can see. Am I ok? I know usually when polarity is reversed you will get a short but it did not appear anything shorted.

Thanks,
rob

Default RE: oops jr rx question

You're fine. because the rx or regulator probably never even got power due the the 3-wire connection between the switch and regulator.
