Default Thinking about a 9CHP

I have a RD8000 and I am thinking about getting a 9CHF or 9CHP. Is there a big difference between the RD8000 and the 9C series, or is it just a waist of money to go to the 9C. Should I just live with what I got and stop thinking about it.

To be completely honest with you, I myself have never used the RD8000... I will say this though... The fact you are even contemplating switching may speak volumes by itself... I have used JR 10x, 9C, 9Z, and checked out the 14MZ... To date my ONE AND ONLY transmitter is the 9C... I've NEVER considered switching to ANY of the other transmitters I've used or tried out... If I had $1000 to blow on anything, and someone offered me $500 for my 9C, and I took it, I'd STILL end up buying another 9C... (and spend the extra $1000 on a drum of 30% heli fuel.. )

It's not that I need a new Tx, I just hear all the talk about Futaba and Jr. When I first got into helis I went as cheep as I could (under $600) for a ECO8, RD8000 and other items and now I have a Raptor 50, T-rex, and a ECO8. Along with all the tools and other good stuff to set-up and fly which is a pretty penny itself. Is the 9C easy to program? I thought it might be easier because of the graph display for the 5 point curve settings. Just wondering if it is worth upgrading or not.
