I would recommend the Futaba FS-1.
Have used them in lots of cars and boats, work well, and not sensitive to vibration.
Don't forget to use a throttle return spring in conjunction with the fail safe !!

I'm having a tough time finding failsafe for my planes... as the FS-1 is discontinued...
I think Futaba is releasing another one soon, but I am not sure....
Do a search for failsafe as I posted a thread about this awile back, there were a couple good suggestions in there
