Default Hitec Laser 4

Does anyone know if the Hitec Laser 4 is a surface or a air radio. To me (a very very beginner) it would seem to be a air , but I'm praying it is a surface radio. If anyone knows for sure, it would be awesome to find out. thanks.

If the crystal is in the 72MHZ range, it is aircraft; if in the 75MHZ range, it is surface. Note that you can not just change the crystal to switch from aircraft to surface frequencies due to the large frequency difference.
