Default Polk Tracker III mini-review!

The long awaited Polk Tracker III is finally shipping to the people who pre-ordered. Most of the TX's are still in shipment to the US, but the first 200 were sent by air. I got one of the first ones yesterday, and have started playing with it. So far, it's a solid up grade from the Tracker II, fixing most of the short falls of the Tracker line. Imho, this radio is a bargin, and worth looking in to for most pilots.

There is a lot more info about the radio in the Polk support forum, and in the thread I started as I mess with the new transmitter:

Default RE: Polk Tracker III mini-review!

My Tracker III arrived yesterday morning and immediately went on 24 hour charge. This morning I started working the basic entries to set up/name a model--so far everything is OK and working as advertised. It goes to the field tomorrow for the "droolers" to see. So far, so good. Al Mosher
