Default Hitech 625 MG or 645 MG

I am replacing the Karbonite 635 wth either the 625 or 645 servo.Have these been relatively problem free for 1/4 scale 3D?

Default RE: Hitech 625 MG or 645 MG

I ran a set of 645mg's on a Giant Stinger/G62 combo for 3 years. Never a problem with then except the gears were pretty well shot by the time I retired it. Over 450 flights........
