The S-25x was supplied as standard equipment with the World Expert radio systems around 1989 to 1991. They were made by Hitec. The following specs are from the data sheet supplied with these radios.
Weight- 1.7 ounces
Control system- Positive pulse width control (1.55 ms)
Power supply- 4.8 volts (4 AA nicad batteries)
Current drain- 8 ma (at 4.8v, idle current)
Operating speed- 60 degrees/.24 seconds
