Default Accu-cycle Pro & NIMH batteries

Is it ok to cycle my NIMH Rx & Tx batteries on my Accu-cycle Pro? Any suggestions? I'm trying to condition them. I charged an Rx pack (1750ma, 125max15 hrs) & only got 585ma discharge. This was the first/only cycle I have done so far

Do that 2 or 3 times, the capacity will come up.

NiCad and NiMH are pretty much the same for the purpose of charging.
