Do futaba servo horns fit onto hitec servos ???

No. The number of splines is different. One has an even number of splines and the other has an odd number; I can't remember which is which.

DO NOT mix servo horns. They may feel like they fit but they will slip in flight and cause major problems, either get the OEM horns or after market horns that are made for your particular servo brand.

The only other horn that will mate with the Futaba is the old DAD servos insofar as I've been able to determine. However, Hitec, Appolo and Hobbico seem to be interchangeable for the standard size servos. Futaba servos have an odd number of splines while the other brands have an even number of splines.
