Default Flying 3 Channels on a Computer TX

I am looking to buy one of less expensive computer Txs. I am currently flying 3 channel planes. The TX for these planes is set up with a slider throttle on the left and rudder/elevator on the right stick (actually the only stick). Both of these planes are v-tail.

If I were to buy a Optic 6 or Tracker 3, can I set it up so that the rudder/elevator for the v-tail is on the right stick, or will I have to retrain my fingers to properly fly this model.

You can set up the radio to do this
The Optic 6 manual might be online at www.hitecrcd.com
If so, you can go through the programming and get an idea of what it takes, but vtail should be a delivered mix.

Not sure if Polk uploads any of their manuals
