Default Need Advice

The connector where my tx battery plugs into on my JR X347 is not in good shape. The battery wire when plugged in just falls out... not a snug fit. On closer inspection the plastic female part on circut board is broken(cracked). Is the 2 wires that go from this circut board to main circut board a good place to tap into and solder in a pigtial with say deans connector to connect to battery? What is a good safe fix? Has anyone an answer? Thanks John

Have you called JR to see how much it would cost for them to repair/replace it??

IMHO If the repair cost is less then the replacement cost of the aircraft you're controling it with, doesn't it make sense to them repair it??

Just my opinion

crashem: I will take your advise and call. I sure hope the radio is worth puting much $$ into it. So far lots of bugs in system. I think the X in X347 ment this was a experimental model!! John
