Default charging question

hi people
i have a jrxr3i radio that i use for my rc landsailers.
my question is. i`m using a 9.6v charger with ni cad batterys
can i leave the charger and radio plugged in the wall, turn on the radio and
adjust my setting on servos without any damage??

When you turn on the transmitter (or receiver switch) you automatically electrically disconnect from the charger. It is just as if the charger were not plugged into the transmitter or reciever so no problem. The switches are double pole double throw.
