Default Jr 8103 - Help!

does anyone know if there are any changes to the 8103 between 2000 and 2002? im thinking of buying one from a fellow RCU member but i'd like to know if there were any changes.

programs, case, etc.

There are some programming differnces between the older models wothout digital trims and the newer ones, but that's all.

Default older ones...

meaning the ones without digital trims? the one i bought has digital trims but i thought there might be some differences between the model years.
can you confirm?

Default Jr 8103 - Help!

All the DT versions have the same software. The only differences between the Air, Heli and Sailplane versions have to do with switch and pot placement; nothing else.

Its a great radio. I'm kind of sad I sold mine for a Stylus!

Like the visioneer said, if it is a DT nothing has changed over the last couple of years.

Default Jr 8103 - Help!

I am not sure when, but at some point the USA distributed 8103's had CCPM enabled from the factory. Older models needed a service tech to spend two minutes and enable if from the "secrete" service menu. If yours has it enabled then you will see the CCPM swash feature in the main heli menu.

My guess is that change occurred with the DT model, but that is just a guess.
