Where is The Cheapest Place to BUY !!!
Hello Raybo,
I have always got my Servos from Servo city, they give a real good service + very good prices.
I read the reply from that F%^%$#%% moron that calls himself MikeL, whatever kind of name that is.
Judgeing from the photo on the side, he looks like a clown anyway
MikeL, the man asked for some help from other modelers, not some smart %^&^&^ who assumed the chap wants to send them to New Zealand.
All that Raybo asked was where is the cheapest place to buy some servos?
If you cant engage your brain in time to help the man, then don't bother to reply.
Sidekick.

A little thought and you'll realize it wasn't "smart a$##$" at all. This is a forum for folks all over the world, and Raybo happens to be from NZ. When you talk about the cost of an item, you've gotta look at total cost: price, tax, shipping. Plenty of people don't take the time to think about that, and my post was just to bring the point up. It does Raybo very little good to know that Clark's Hobby in Maine has them for $12USD, but it'll cost him $35 in shipping. Don't you agree?
You're a humorless individual who doesn't seem too swift, Sidekick, and a rude one at that. Do you often resort to personal attacks when you don't understand what is going on, or is it just my lucky day? Perhaps you should read the forum rules and do a bit of thinking yourself, eh?

Tis the season to be nice
I just got back from visiting young son in Japan. It is hard to get the items we use in the states easily. Even CA is difficult and when it is available costly.. Castor that many advocate to add to fuel is considered hazardous material there. So for people in NZ I really don't know the cost to ship, but priortiy to Japan is about $25 to $50 depending on weight. But I have bought servos from Hobby Horse and they have done well. Perhaps an email to them to check shipping might help.
Ya'll have a nice day, and help just 1 person today..

I think if it was too expensive for Raybo to ship to NZ he would't bother buying in the USA.
Only he knows.

gentlemen! Pull your trousers up - this isn't a measuring contest
That being said I've had good luck with Fields Hobby.
The good part - they price their stuff below Servo City and don't mark up shipping.
The bad part - you have to email them for a price quote.
