Default 9CAP Super Not Transmitting

I just bought a futaba 9CAP Super TX and RX from tower. IT's not tranmittng even though the batteries are fully charged. The blue RF LED is supposed to light when the radio is functioning properly. Mine hasn't came on yet. I've scoured the manual but it mentions nothing about this. Please help! What did I forget to do.

Thanks,

Does the LCD screen come on?
What voltage does the screen say.
DOes the red LED come on?
Do you have a module plugged in the back.
What frequency is the module?
What frequency is the receiver?

Yep check the module in the back, pull it out, make sure the pins aren't mashed and push it back in till it locks and then turn it on and see.

Yes

Between 10.9-11.4

DOes the red LED come on?
yes

Do you have a module plugged in the back.
yes

What frequency is the module?
30

What frequency is the receiver?
Also, 30. It came with the radio

pull it out, make sure the pins aren't mashed and push it back in till it locks and then turn it on and see.
Tried that. I was readig the manual and it says that when the module is not installed it's supposed to beep really loudly once and then the RF light goes out. Mine has not came on since I powered it up.

What else could this be?

Thanks, Mods

At first I tried PCM then PPM. Neither transmitted a signal (RF light did not come on and reciever didn't react).

Eglin AFB eh, I spent a week out there for land survival from Naval Aircrew School chasing armadillos around. Seen enough of that place!

Good luck with the radio.

If the red led is on and the blue one is off then send it in.
The red is for RF the blue is for power.
Your pack is charged so that is not it.
Send it back.
