Default Slow Servo?

I have a Futaba 3050 digital servo. All the other servos are fine and so is the battery but this one is transiting very slow...much slower than the other ones.

I have taken it apart to see if there was something in the gears, but nothing. I can't get on the actual inside of the servo..I'd have to leave that up to Futaba

It is making the same noise that you would hear if it was binding at full deflection but it's doing it at rest. When I give it a stick movement it will move but it's like it's not getting enough power when I know it is because the other servos are acting fine. I have zeroed out the exponential so that wouldn't be affecting it.

Thanks for any opinions
