JR 8103 transmitter programming
Bought one used. The manual is pretty much worthless. A silly question: Do they make JR 8103 Programming for Dummies books? If not, where are some good sources to get info on programming these things.

You might have an older version of the manual. The current version (which is "fully functional") and a couple of programming guides can be downloaded here: http://www.jrradios.com/Support/manuals.aspx
