RE: Jr max 66
Hi,
I have one of these radios (i'm in Adelaide) and have had no range problems at all.
It is capable of being able to fly the plane so far away that it's hard to tell what attitude that the plane is in.
I can't put any figures on it, but a couple of times, i have wished that i haden't flown so far away.
(The model in question has a 1.6 metre wing span and is bright yellow, point being, that it's easy to see)
A couple of my friends also have these radios and also have had no range problems.
Sorry about the lack of "absolute distances", but i hope that this helps.
Regards
Mark

In effect further than you can see as much as you'll ever need to fly R/C.
Very good unit. Powerful, flexible and configurable radio for the average R/Cer, but pretty much considered JR entry level these days. Super value buy in 2006.
