Default Servo question regarding compatibility

Will a JR servo horn work on airtronics? Seems like a bad idea but it fits real good but could be off a little to cause stripping but I don't want to chance it. It is a snug fit but I want to be sure, thanks.

Can you count the splines in a JR arm and an Airtronics? If the spline count is the same they should work.

I don’t know the actual numbers for Futaba and Hitec but they are ‘off’ by one spline. If you use the wrong arm, everything feels great but they slip under load.

Yes, they are interchangeable.

I have doing that for over 10 years. Never a problem. Expands your horn options too when you have some of each brand!
