Default DX6 LiPo

I'm thinking about changing the DX6 over to a 3c lipo. My concern is that the transmitter is still going to think that the battery is running low at 9.8v which is not even close for a 3c lipo. This would mean that you really aren't getting the full run time you would expect for this swap. Anyone done the conversion and experience this?

Thanks

Why would the Tx think its low at 9.8 V ?? JR radios alarm at 9.0V unless it has been changed during a calibration.

Your right, my dyslexia was kicking in. It's 8.9 volts but that's still above the actually empty voltage for the 3c lipo.
