Need to know what Jr radio,
however my first guess would be to turn the Delta wing function
off. I'm assuming this is a computer radio, if so most people just
couple the ailerons and elevator with the delta wing function.
If it's not this then they have mixing going on.

Go to the Horizon Hobby web site (www.horizonhobby.com) and you can download the manuals for many of the JR computers transmitters as a pdf file and can then view any of the info you wish as well as print it out...I am pretty sure you can download the manual for that radio.
