Default Could be dumbest radio question ever

ok
2 radios DX3.0 and XS3 Pro
they look IDENTICAL
they have IDENTICAL price (at http://www.gshobby.com)
I have reason to believe they are actualy both made by the same company,

othere than the "spectrum" module? is there any difference?
and if they are IDENTICAL in every other way, who in their right mind would not get the spektrum at the same price?

any advantages to the xs3 pro? over the spektrum? even the servo number seem nearly Identical.

The 2.4ghz system(Spektrum/Nomadio/Futaba) is far superior, when it comes to handling interferrence. (Is virtually Immune to Ignition generated noise on Large Scale Cars)
With a 2.4ghz system the radio also finds a free channel by itself. (Or Futaba/Nomadio jumps around several times a second)

With a 2.4ghz system you can be up to around 70 drivers in the same area, versus 6 for 27mhz and 20 something for 40mhz, don't know the numbers for 75mhz.

As for programming functions, I don't know, exept that the XS 3 Pro has memory for 10 models, which more than the 4 models the DX 3.0 can handle.

Both are 3 channel systems, meaning that they can handle 3 servos (like 80% of the other Car radios out there)

Yeah, what reason would that be? I'm betting that it's because both radios are the same, and made by JR, with Spektrum putting their RF deck in the one that they sell. Am I right? THere really is no advantage to the JR radio (or any 72mhz tech). The Spektrum is faster, has no conflicts, is immune to glitches, and is just a more solid link.

Actually the question is excellent and directed at the heart of the new technology. But I don’t know the answer.
