I think Chief aircraft has some 4 chanel JR transmittors for sale last time I checked. $39.95 as I remember. They would work as a Buddy box.

Any JR radio can be a buddy box to a JR radio so you can also pick up used ones to use for this purpose. If you are an e-bay user you might pick one up there.
