Is it still the case that the 64K campac works fine in the futaba 9C or have problems developed?? If they are fine where is the best place to get them from. Can you get a 64 K bit cheaper somewhere other than Futaba themselves. Is there a 128k chip available and if so how many memories does it give you

The 64k campac works fine on my 9C and I have additional 32 models. There are a few third party campacs available at a fraction of futaba's and I remember seeing one that has a pc link. Do a web search and you'll probably find a few good ones. I'll check if I still have the websites and post it later........

http://www.model-gadets.com in the UK has a 128K CAMPAC, aka Ultra-Pac. There is also a link on that site to my CAMPAC to PC interface. Don Edberg, author of the Futaba programming books, sells the Ultra-Pac in the USA. http://www.flash.net/~dynamic3

Hi,

I ordered 4 campacks 64K from Model Gadgets, to be sent to Brussels, Belgium. It took only 4 working days to have the well protected postpack in my mailbox. All 4 campack 64K are working well on respectively a FC18, a FC28, a FF8/8UAP and a FF9/9C.
The day of my order, I already received a mail back from Model Gagdets that the campacks were packed and ready to sent next morning. So to resume : excellent service for me by Model Gadgets, and at the announced price.
And the manufacturing seems to be reel professional made, fine artwork in fact.
