Default JR 622 programming

My club has an old JR 622 which they use as a buddy box.

This radio has 4 membrane type buttons on the front instead of the two rocker switches on the newer radios.

Does anyone know how get this radio into programmming mode?

If it's the same 622 that I have, there should be two buttons on the left that say Mode and Channel, with a line between them that says Enter. Hit both of those buttons at the same time to enter programming mode.

Thanks, I'll try that. Is it the same as the others i.e. hits the buttons then switch on for 'system mode' and hit the buttons while its switched on for normal menus?
