Default Why the difference in price?

I was on a Internet site that specializes in the selling of servos, batteries and such. I noticed that the price for a "4.8V NiCad 4/5A Flat 1000 mah" receiver batter was priced at $21.95. Just under it was a battery (same specs) except it was an 1100mah battery for just $15.95.

Why is the lower mah battery more expensive than the higher one? Is it a more popular size and if so, why? There weren't any brand names given for these batteries.

Probably has to do with brand name and quantity ordered. Better deals if they get more or get some on sale. They can pass the savings on.

Default weight

check the weight of the packs. if one is NMH and the other is NiCad that would also explain the difference.b

I didn't think that posting a hyperlink to a Internet store was allowed. I don't know if it's a sponser of this forum or not. I will PM it to you though.

I hope it's allowed. I do it frequently.
