What does Hobby Services do to a 72 Mhz Futaba Receiver in order for it to work on 75Mhz?

It may be something as little as changing the crystal and retuning. They may also need to change some other parts. Then they need to carry out a number of inspections and reliability tests.
It will be the best money you can spend if you need this done. Don't even think of doing this on your own which is the way your question slants.
They'll spend at least an hour on this and then there is all of the internal paperwork they need to do. Cheap price really.
