I've been looking around for a good pistol grip FM radio to replace my stock electric stampede radio. I checked out tower hobbies and came up with the Futaba 2PL FM radio. I'm wondering if it would be a good buy.

Is there problems that anyone here has had with this setup. I'm not looking for a "top of the line" or competition radio for I'm have no plans for racing anytime soon.

Just a radio that has little or no interference at all, able to handle the high current of a sensorless brushless system like the Mamba Max system.

I would perferrably want a 2 channel radio under $150 or $100.
