Default Micro FM Receivers on 50 MHz?

Hi,

Anyone know of a source for 50 MHz micro FM receivers? I thought Berg had them but no luck finding them.

Thanks in advance,

I think we are running low on options.
I keep an eye out for Futaba 148's that are 1.1 oz but not park flyer size.

Guess we may have to succumb and buy into 2.4gHz after all.

Try FMA. I think they still market 50 mHz.

Hi Les,

I had checked FMA before I posted, nothing on their website at least. I think I will email them to see if they still have something in stock.

Thanks again,

Castle continues to claim that they will be doing the new Bergs on 50, but at the rate they are poking along, I may well die from old age first . . . . luckily, I bought a couple 6dsp's before they dried up, so am not desperate yet . . . .

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the tip. Any source for those Bergs you speak of? Do you have an exact part number so I can search for them?

Thanks very much in advance,

Berg is now owned by Castle Creation, so check www.castlecreations.com for release info, and then buy one from a dealer, whenever they actually get around to it . . .

And who actually sells them? Of all the links on the Sombralabs page, only two actually list the product, and only on 72MHz . . . .

I think www.radicalrc.com sells FMA M5 receivers on 6 meters.

According to their page, they have ONE in stock . . . and IIRC, I think FMA backstabbed us, and quit building on 50, but I am not sure . . . it looks like these guys don't have much though . . . but thanks for your suggestion! I was actually more interested in the SombraLabs RX, though . . .
