Default What is completely "retarded trim" position on Futaba 9CHP

I have a 9CHP....I am trying to set up my OS-32 Sx engine on it. According to page 15 of the manual (see underlined pic) they want the throttle trim completley retarted..Where is that on the 9CHP. I am confused because there is the "neutral point" (1) where the trim beeps. Is THAT the fully retarted or do they want the trim ALL the way BELOW that (2) ?

Pull the throttle trim all the way retarded. That means bottom, not middle.

Ensure this is where the throttle is fully closed.

Then you move the trim up to the center, it should idle there or fairly close to it.

Adjust the throttle cut feature, assigned to the spring loaded switch to full shut down the engine.
