Spektrum stuff
I need a good source for a neckstrap at a reasonable price? Anyone???
Also, I saw a device to balance the Spektrum DX7 when used with a neck strap advertised in a mag. Of course, I can't find it again. Anyone know where to get such a device? Who makes it or sells it.
I hear the DX7 has a tendency to tilt when turned loose to hang by the neck strap.
I am almost finished putting my plane together and I want everything in place to go flying.. I won't need any distractions! Maybe a Redheaded one............
Thanks

There is this item also:

Have never tried it but it is another option.

RE: Spektrum stuff
I use the new Spektrum adapter -- -assembled to full extension -it is a perfect balance for me .
For those who did not notice --these devices create quite a "lever" to the original mounting point on the TX- so treat it accordingly
a hard yank may damage the case -I have not done a destruction test - but then I also don't do "blenders" to test the wings --

$0.49 Fix
I went to Ace Hardware and purchased a #8-32 eye bolt and nylok nuts for around $0.49. The fix worked great.

To be honest tho, I did the same thing with mine until Horizon came out with their nifty little adapter and those work/look great...
